Essentials

Format posts people actually finish

Headings, short paragraphs, images and buttons — small formatting choices that keep readers scrolling.

Write for scanning

Most readers skim first. Use clear subheadings every few paragraphs and keep paragraphs to 1–3 sentences.

Use visuals with purpose

One strong image near the top sets the mood. Add more only when they explain something words can't.

Place your buttons

Add a subscribe button after your opening and a share button near the end. Don't scatter five of them.
